Healthy pasta dishes



 Ingredients

For pasta, what are you going to need?

1 package of pasta

1 tomato sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

oregano to taste or 1/8 tsp dried oregano

1 onion

10 asparagus

garlic to taste

1 red pepper

2 zucchini

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1/4 tbsp parsley

Ingredients

For chicken, what are you going to need?

1 packet of chicken, clean and chopped into pieces, like 4 chicken breasts.

Salt and pepper, to taste

oregano to taste or 1/8 tsp dried oregano

2 garlic cloves to taste

Put it on the pat with water, let it dry and put the ingredients.
